Working principle of single hook traction seat
The separation mechanism of the single hook traction seat is equipped with a locking hook, and a wear-resistant ring is installed above the locking hook and in the center of the traction seat plate. It can be replaced after wear, thereby improving the service life of the entire traction seat. Traction status: It consists of a closed circle composed of a locking hook and a wear-resistant ring, which locks the traction pin. The wedge bar wedges the locking hook so that it cannot rotate around the pin shaft. The wedge rod is operated by a lever and can slide in the guide hole of the traction seat plate. To prevent accidental detachment of the locking hook caused by sliding of the wedge during driving, two sets of devices are used:
One is to install a double spring at the front end of the control lever, so that it is in a wedged position. When one spring fails, the other spring will still function;
The second is to have a safety hole at the rear end of the joystick, which can be used to prevent accidental unhooking. After the car stops, the driver pulls out the safety latch, pulls the control lever outward, and uses the lever to drive the wedge bar away from the lock hook. The lock hook rotates clockwise under the action of the spring, and the wedge bar presses against the lock hook to rotate, thus opening the lock hook opening. At this point, the tractor can be driven forward, causing the traction seat to leave the traction pin and reach a disengaged state; When the tractor reverses, the traction pin immediately impacts the locking hook, causing the locking hook to overcome the effect of the spring and force the wedge bar to rotate counterclockwise, thereby locking the traction pin; At the same time, the spring pulls the control lever, pushes the wedge lever through the lever to wedge it against the locking hook, and then inserts the safety buckle to fix the control lever, completing the hooking process.
